The conductance of three 1:1 electrolytes; NaCl, KCl, and CsCl were evaluated at 25°C in ethanol-water mixtures. The results were interpreted in terms of the Fuoss-Onsager equations: A = A°- s c½ + Ec In c + J1 c + J2 c 3/2 The two adjustable parameters used in this equation were the ion-size and the limiting equivalent conductance. The ion association constants for these electrolytes in different solvent compositions were also calculated and compared.en_US
