dc.description.abstract Water samples were collected from three local lakes and analyzed to determine concentrations of phosphorus and chlorophyll. The data were examined to ascertain whether a direct relationship exists between these two quantities. A comparative analysis was made with reported results of similar studies by other researchers. Experimental results suggest that a relationship does exists but that additional factors have substantial influence and need to be considered. en_US
